It consists out of 3 floors, four bedrooms. 3 bathrooms and it is ideal accommodation for 7 persons. The ground floor of Villa Royal Dubrovnik consists of contemporary spacious living room, fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area, small laundry room with washing machine and dryer and toilet for the guests.
The ground floor of Villa Royal Dubrovnik is connected with inner marble staircases to the spacious area for rest. The two rooms with double beds are located on the first floor; one bedroom also has sitting furniture for relaxation. Second room also has a designer double bed and modernly equipped bathroom with a shower. From this room, there is an exit to the beautiful terrace full of sunshine. On this floor there is also a modern bathroom with Jacuzzi and another room with modern and designer sofa which can be used as a bed. On the second floor of Villa Royal Dubrovnik, there is an en suite master bedroom with large living room with terrace and a beautiful view to the open sea. From the living room, there is an exit to the terrace with a swimming pool. The terrace with swimming pool is spacious, hidden from eyes, surrounded by Mediterranean trees and plants. This elegant swimming pool with its own waterfall, water massage and geyser options are waiting for you to be enjoyed in complete privacy.
