SUBMITTING A CONSUMER COMPLAINT
According to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act ("Zakon o zaštiti potrošaća"; "Narodne novine" No. 41/14), the company informs consumers of their right to report disatisfaction with the service provided, in writing by e-mail to [email protected], whereby the company will, without delay, acknowledge the receipt of the complaint in writing.
Customers can also send their objections by post office to Internet travel agency PIRA, Lovretska 5, 21000 Split, Croatia. The company commits to respond in writing within 15 days of receipt of the writen complaint. The complainant is obliged to indicate the first and last name and address for delivery of the reply.
