The villa, with access to the sea, is built in an elegant and luxurious style on two levels. The property enjoys stunning sea views, while the all sides are surrounded by a large, private garden. A walk through the property, its garden, open spaces, and internal rooms is a truly emotional experience: elegance and modern, all with a very strong relationship to local traditions, can be found through the property's decor and style. Guests will surely be overwhelmed by its garden, style, detail, and stunning sea views. The entrance to this exclusive villa is very soft. A private driveway leads through the garden right down to the entrance door. The elegant hall, leads into an spacious, modern and airy living and dining area with sliding glass doors leading directly to the terrace, pool and seafront promenade. Along this area lies the kitchen - large kitchen is divided into two areas. The kitchen has several facilities, which allow for preparation of everything from snacks and light meals to full meals or gala dinners. On this level there is spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

The four bedrooms are located on the first floor, all up a large, majestic marble staircase decorated with lovely modern paintings. Four double bedrooms are all located along a corridor. All bedrooms are double bed, two of them have en suite bathrooms and two share one bathroom. Master bedroom has balcony where you can enjoy wonderful views of sea.

Outdoor area of Villa Helena by HMZ Villas creates a wonderful atmosphere enriched by fresh, gentle Mediterranean sea breezes. It offers entertainment on a large deck overlooking the sea and the luxurious pool area. Relax in the bubbling hot tub or swimming pool, take advantage of the sunbathing area or have direct access to the sea, then enjoy the outdoor shower. There is also a beautifully landscaped barbecue area in the shade for your comfort. It extends over 2 levels paved with natural stone floors. Location

Porec is the most popular holiday resort in Istria and is frequently named the top resort in Croatia by the Croatian National Tourist Office. There are over 100,000 beds available in the area, but hotels and other facilities are widely spread so the place never feels too crowded. The main tourist areas are two bays south of the town, called Zelena (Green) and Plava (Blue) Laguna (lagoon). They are almost like small towns, with several hotels in each, as well as camping facilities, a marina and shopping and entertainment areas. Most visitors stay in one of the two. If you’re in the main part of town and fancy a bit of swimming and sunbathing, head to nearby Sveti Nikola island which you can reach by a regular boat (the journey is only a few minutes). Given the town’s long history, a visit to the old town is a must due to its numerous historical sites. In particular, the 6th century Euphrasian Basilica is wonderfully preserved and is well known for its beautiful gold mosaics. The Basilica is really a collection of various buildings, including a bapistry and the Bishop’s Palace. The Basilica was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1997. The Decumanus is the main street in Porec which runs east-west through the centre of the old town. It was also the main road during prehistoric and Roman times. Marafor Square (Trg Marafor) is where a Roman forum was once situated. Parts of two temples – to Neptune and Mars – can still be seen here. North of Marafor Square, the Parliament Buildings (of the then Istrian regional parliament; the buildings are now a museum) can be found. These were converted from a Franciscan church which was built in the 13th and 14th centuries.
