Villa Dubrovnik Residence situated on the hill above Mlini Bay, only 15 minutes from Dubrovnik airport and 10 minutes from the unique and beautiful town of Dubrovnik. Villa Dubrovnik Residence is equipped to ensure its guests a completely unburdened vacation on which they will feel like at home. The property extends over 800m² on three floors and includes 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa is surrounded by an extraordinary Mediterranean garden, which gives a broad breathtaking view over the open sea. The whole villa is furnished with renovated antique Alt Deutsch and Biedermeier furniture, Meissen porcelain and a private Murano glass collection. The property consists of a wellness zone with an indoor pool and jacuzzi, sauna and fitness zone on the ground floor.
On the ground floor there are also 2 bedrooms (have double bed each, no view), living and dining area, equipped kitchen and bathroom. On the ground floor there is also luxurious indoor swimming pool (glass doors can be opened all around ). The pool is equipped with a jacuzzi, two waterfalls and has access onto a large terrace for sun bathing. Outside in the garden there is little pool for children.
On first level where is main entrance to villa there is a large pergola with summer kitchen, fireplace and dining space provides your ability to enjoy the breathtaking view. In villa is a living room with sofas and a unique panoramic view of the sea and surrounding nature. The surrounding garden area includes, in additional to a range of trees, plants and flowers, a variety of herbs, together with a spacious covered garage for 3 cars, additional parking not covered and video surveillance of the entire facility: just some of the details provided by one of the most beautiful residences in the entire Dubrovnik region. All around the villa are walls or trees so nobody can enter inside the property.
On the second floor of Villa Dubrovnik Residence are luxuriously decorated bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. Each bedroom has satellite television and it is air conditioned. Master bedroom has 1 double bed, walk in wardrobe and large bathroom with jacuzzi and separate shower tub. Second bedroom has 1 double bed. Third bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. On the same floor, you will also find a unique living room with a pull-out couch, TV and access to the terrace, from where you can enjoy the romantic view of the entire bay and endless sea. Below the pool there is separate apartment with separate parking and entrance where owners live, owners go in villa only on guest request or to maintain swimming pool and garden in agreement with guests.
