Villa has a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and swings, an outdoor dining areas and a terrace with seating areas. Villa Star has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 toilets and is suitable for comfortable accommodation of 12 persons.
Arriving at the property of the villa, you will be greeted by your villa manager who is at your disposal 24/7 and who will show you the property and all it advantages for perfect stay. At the entrance to the villa there are few parking spaces and garage from which you can enter ground floor of the villa where you will find sauna with relax room, bedroom with en-suite bathroom and laundry.
You can also enter villa from the outside parking lot by stone stairs which leads you to the spacious central terrace of the villa where there is a swimming pool with its sun deck equipped with deck chairs and swings for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The villa also has an outdoor living area with dining set located under the covered area and thus allows for all-day enjoyment. From the pool terrace, through the glass walls you enter the air-conditioned ground floor of the villa where there is a fully equipped kitchen with island. There is also a dining table, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, fireplace and satellite TV. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and additional guest toilette.
Stairs lead to the first floor of the villa where another 2 bedrooms have taken their perfect place. Each room has bathroom with shower or bath tub, satellite TV and shared terrace facing the sea from which you can enjoy gentle dawns or romantic sunsets. On this floor there is another fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa, dining area and SAT TV.
Villa can be used also for business purposes. You can organize meetings, courses, team buildings or just enjoy with your business partners /employees. All technical support is provided – smart board, computer, printer, internet...
