Kastel Luksic is one of the seven Kastela that makes up the City of Kastela. The settlement is located along the bay, between Kastel Kambelovac and Kastel Stari. The most famous building located in Kastel Luksic is the Vitturi Castle which is today the cultural centre of the town, which hosts exhibitions, concerts and theatrical performances throughout the year.

Villa Pegaso is ideal for families or a group of friends, this interior-designed villa with pool and Mediterranean gardens will delight with its beautiful views of nature. The villa is set over three levels (350m²) and entire property covers an area of 1500 m². Villa Pegaso has a swimming pool, sauna, gym, tavern, Jacuzzi, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 toilets, as well as a wine cellar and is ideal accommodation for a maximum of 13 + 2 people.

What you will first notice when approaching Villa Pegaso is the beautiful large swimming pool (48m²) surrounded by olive trees and greenery. You will also find activities in the open space, such as table tennis, a children's slide, small wooden houses, swings and a trampoline, which is located in a green oasis in the immediate vicinity of the pool. The yard of this beautiful villa is enriched with garden furniture, deck chairs and sun umbrellas, which complement this place for the perfect vacation. Encouraging outdoor living villa Pegaso also includes a well-equipped summer kitchen by the swimming pool where is covered dining area where you can dine al fresco and enjoy a drink of your choice.

A large glass door connects the terrace to the spacious open ground floor space of the villa, where you can find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room with LCD TV and designer furniture and a toilet. The space is dominated by natural colours and modern design which gives Villa Pegaso a special touch of luxury. On this floor there is also one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.

Location



UNESCO protected city of Trogir is a medieval city, surrounded by walls, which consists of preserved castle, tower and series of houses and palaces from the Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque periods. Trogir is connected to all major European cities by its well-organized infrastructure of air, road, and maritime companies. Airport Split is only 5 km away, which makes Trogir an ideal holiday destination. The nearby city of Split, the second largest city in Croatia and the capital of Dalmatia is just 30 minutes of driving away and offers many musical and cultural manifestations, as well as its most prominent sight – the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian, around which the city was built. The town of Kaštela is located on the coast of the Bay of Kaštela. It has over 40 000 inhabitants, and it is the second largest town in the Split and Dalmatia County. It stretches over the length of 17 kilometers. Town is specific because of the fact that it developed around 7 settlements (Kaštel Štafilić, Kaštel Novi, Kaštel Stari, Kaštel Lukšić, Kaštel Kambelovac, Kaštel Gomilica and Kaštel Sućurac) or around castles. Kaštel Lukšić is the central and largest of the Kaštels and is situated on the boundary of the former Trogir and Split properties. It got its name from the Lukšić property. In the past it was known as Kaštel Vitturi after the Trogir noble family who built it at the end of the 15th century. In 1487, Trogir's count, Carlo Pesaro, issued permission to Nikola and Jerolim Vetturi to build a facility with towers, trenches and all the other necessary facilities, in Velo polje, either beside the sea or in the sea itself. They built a castle – fortress that consists of a two-floor building to the south and a two three-floor tower to the north with a courtyard between them. The beauty of Kaštela and the Field of Kaštela inspired many poets who described their beauty in many poems. "Seven villages like seven swans" became a motto of the town of Kaštela. In the most parts of the Field of Kaštela vineyards, olive groves, cherries, figs and autochthonous Mediterranean vegetation trade places with monuments of natural heritage and park architecture.
