Villa Molina is made for those who knows how to truly appriciate nature and essence of life. Villa Molina is situated in a small town of Mlini, situated 8 km south of Dubrovnik city and 10 km north of the Dubrovnik airport.

The most scenic village in the beautiful Župa park is Mlini – has its own sea and the small river of Zavrelje, shallow pebble beaches and protected bays, flower filled gardens and paths, hotels, rivers and summer residences. Mlini used to be the ancient historical settlement Molina. This was the centre of the milling trade, and a long time ago it was often mentioned because before the water system was built water was taken from here to Dubrovnik, especially in the summer months when there was a drought. In the 15th century, two boats regularly carried drinking water from Mlini to Dubrovnik. The humidity and warm climate have accounted for the development of parks and gardens of fragrant Mediterranean herbs and plants, turning Mlini into a unique place of the Adriatic ecosystem. Due to its rich cuisine, a variety of cultural and sports activities and clear waters, Mlini is nowadays known as the oasis of the Dubrovnik Riviera. The vicinity of the airport and the old town of Dubrovnik, as well as the distance from the noise and crowd, are a guarantee for an ideal vacation.

Villa Molina spreads over property of 1100 m² most of which belong to the luxurious garden planted with Mediterranean vegetation and fanced with stone wall which provides its guests perfect privacy. Villa itself spreads over 160m².

The villa was originally built in the 16th century in a combination of gothic and renaissance style, so you will during your stay note some authentic details from that time. The villa was rebuilt under the detailed monitoring of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments of the Republic of Croatia because of its historical value. The villa is an ideal choice for those who want to spend their holiday relaxing in a luxurious private area close to the sea, as well as for those who want to enjoy themselves in the spacious and elegant spaces of this magnificent edifice.

Villa Molina is spread over three floors: the basement, the ground floor and the first floor, has 4 en-suite bedrooms and it is perfect accommodation for 8 persons.

In basment of the villa there is a laundry room which guests can use, toilette and garage for car. On the first floor of the villa, which is the space for daily socializing and relaxation, there is a hallway that leads you into a spacious living room furnished with antique furniture. On the other hand, this room is also equipped with all the modern technology needed for modern times. From the living room, you enter the sun-bathed and airy space in which a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room. From the kitchen and the dining room, you can step onto a large stone terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, equipped with a table and chairs, where you will certainly spend memorable evenings. From the terrace, you can go directly into the garden, where there is a grill for preparing specialties. The first floor of this luxury villa is connected to the ground level with an external staircase which leads into 4 double bedrooms. Two double bedrooms can accommodate additional baby cot for small children. All rooms have their own bathrooms. Each room has a sea view.

Special attention of Villa Molina is given to its sumptuous exterior with a spacious and carefully landscaped exotic garden, swimming pool, summer kitchenette, terraces and outdoor seating. In addition to having a beach directly in front of the villa and two more beaches surrounding the house, there is a private swimming pool in the garden. The swimming pool is open from 01.05. till 31.10. while the rest of the year is closed.
