Newly renovated Villa Bella is situated in Lapad, the green heart of Dubrovnik, just a short ride from Dubrovnik Old Town and surrounded by sea side walking trails, pine forests and public beaches.
The entire Dubrovnik area is known for its picturesque landscapes, rich Mediterranean vegetation, mild climate, and interesting settlements. Dubrovnik is an unavoidable destination of the Adriatic in which the bathing season begins in April and lasts until October thanks to the favorable climate and more than 250 sunny days a year. The town lies at the foot of the hill Srđ and was named after the oak forest, dubrava. In the past, this area was part of the territory of the Republic of Dubrovnik. With its wealth and diplomacy, the city has achieved an extraordinary degree of development. Getting to know Dubrovnik is not complete without getting to know at least a part of its surroundings. Good land and sea transport connections allow the organization of excellent excursions.
Villa Bella consists of main building with three floors – ground, first floorand attic; and Guest house. On the terrace there is summer kitchenette with BBQ, gym, sauna private swimming pool, outdoor shower, deck chairs, outdoor furniture and dining table. Main building has 3 bedrooms and studio apartment in the attic, while the guest house has one bedroom. Villa Bella is ideal accommodation for 10 persons.
On the ground floor of Villa Bella, there is a spacious living room with sofas and a SAT TV, as well as a dining area with a table and a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with a private bathroom. The elegantly decorated bathroom is fitted with a shower, and the bedroom has a king-size bed. There is also a laundry room, and space for storing shoes and clothes on this floor.
We reach the first floor of the villa by stairs. On this floor, we come across two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with SAT TVs and closets and king-size bed. On this floor there is terrace which equipped with sitting furniture, perfect for afternoon relaxation.
Attic consists of studio apartment with King size bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining area, pull out sofa for 2 more persons and SAT TV.
In the courtyard of Villa Bella, there is a private pool with in which you can enjoy during warm summer days. Comfortable seating and sun loungers make the courtyard of the Villa Bella perfect for afternoon relaxation. In the yard, there is an outdoor shower, summer kitchen equipped with barbecue. There is also a gym and sauna for those who would like to stay fit. Infront of the villa there is a large garden and lawn perfect for children.
The over a thousand year old history of Dubrovnik is visible in every part of this city. It is surrounded by medieval walls that are 1940 metres long and are preserved in their original form. They are open to visitors and are the city’s greatest attraction. The historical city of Dubrovnik, the former center of the Dubrovnik Republic, is surrounded by city walls 2 km long which defended the city against attack both on land and at sea for centuries.
