Cavtat is the largest and the only urban centre in Konavle that has been built up deliberately. It is located on the peninsula of Rat, which surrounds the well protected and accessible bay together with the peninsula of Sustjepan. Luxury Villa Eos is located on a property of 1000m² while its residential part occupies 300 m2. It is spread over 3 floors separated by an eternal staircases. Villa Eos has 3 bedrooms and 3 en suite bathrooms. It is ideal for luxury accommodation of 6 persons.

Luxury Villa Eos inspires everyone with its combination of clear sea, sky blue, and beautiful Mediterranean nature – perfect place for a unique experience. Arriving in the fairytale town of Cavtat and a short drive to the luxurious Villa Eos, you will be enchanted by the intoxicating scents of pine trees and the beauty of the sea horizon. Attention is drawn to the well maintained garden and luxurious infinity pool, which is certainly in the center of attention of the outdoor terrace. It is surrounded by sun loungers and a living area with a comfortable sofa that allows you to enjoy the afternoon rays of the Mediterranean sun. There is also covered-equipped summer kitchen with a dining table and chairs.

The ground floor of the luxury Villa Eos is separated from the terrace by a sliding glass wall that allows a sufficient amount of daylight. It consists of a designer living room with elegant sofas and a satellite TV. Next, the open concept combines a fully equipped modern kitchen with a minimalist design and a charming dining. From the central ground floor – first part of the floor, you can also take the stairs to the lower ground floor of the villa where is a wine cellar. The ground and the first floor of the villa is separated from the ground floor by internal stairs. There are 3 bedrooms with king size beds and with en suite bathrooms.

Villa Eos itself inspires - and captivates above all with great views of the vastness of the sea. The historic town of Cavtat invites you to stroll, which you can reach on foot on a warm summer evening. The airport Dubrovnik is only 6km away!

For larger groups Villa Eos can be rented with Villa Hera - in total spacious accommodation for 14 persons.
