Placed in the central part of UNESCO listed little gem of Trogir, Villa Dolce is just a short walking distance to this old picturesque medieval downtown, yet it provides peace and needful relaxation.
A large plot (930 m²) of the villa fenced by greenery and boundary walls, hides from curious eyes, and its beauty is reserved just for its guests. The modern-style villa design is all about simplicity and straight lines and straightforward architecture that prioritizes functionality. This villa includes all the attributes of luxury living and its exterior is reflecting just that with its pure facade and the outdoors to match. A sail shape entrance design fascinates at first glance.
Villa Dolce is a modern luxury villa on two floors with 4 bedrooms – ideal for groups of 8+2 persons (children up to 12 years old).
An architecturally interesting form of house and landscape design create a unique contemporary look of the villa, in which exterior and interior are connected by an 18 m long heated swimming pool.
One half of the pool is surrounded by a pebble sunbathing area and a large patio with an outdoor kitchenette and long dining table, while the other half, shaded by the upper floor, is almost a part of the living room.
Fifteen meters long sliding glass walls on the ground floor (open space kitchen, living, dining area), erase the line in-between inner and outer space… they merge into one... It also compliments interior design by letting in a lot of daylight.
Villa’s upper floor features a hallway with a laundry room, four master bedrooms (each with en-suite bathrooms, a walk-in shower, and a large floating bed) is connected by inner and outer staircases.
An outer striking curved staircase connects all three levels of the villa and leads to the top roof terrace with a jacuzzi and lounge seating. The terrace with an uninterrupted panoramic view over the roofs of town, sea, and mountains, is a great addition to the villa. A wonderful place for both, a private retreat and place for small chit-chats with a glass of wine while hanging all together and gazing at sunsets or starry sky.
The interior design of the spacious two floors Villa Dolce was created using high-quality materials, pure lines, customized furniture, and minimalist décor, which highlights the beauty of the villa architectonic.
With a combination of color harmony (mostly just two colors - white and bronze color), textured walls, chandeliers, and bespoke furniture, designers achieved the desired outcome of a bright, airy and elegant interior.
The luxury design of Villa Dolce is an interpretation of a modern house design for a comfortable style of living and it provides you the comfort and relaxation you need during vacation.
The town of Trogir, located in Central Dalmatia (just 30 min away from the capital of the region – Split, and 10 min from the airport) is one of the oldest and most picturesque towns in Croatia. It stretches over the mainland, a tiny walled islet with a historical core and in a part on the pretty larger island of Čiovo, and it’s all connected by bridges. Trogir is a lively, charming town with a lot of restaurants and bars, and nicely preserved Venetian architecture, which brought it to the list of World Heritage Sites of Zero Category. More than two-millennium long history, a large number of buildings from its age of glory between the 13th and 15th centuries, nobleman’s palaces, churches, small squares, and narrow alleys fullfeed with shops, restaurants and bars make this little town a real gem. Its western seaside promenade aligned with yachts, bars, and cafes is a place where everyone likes to walk by. And just across the bridge, on the island of Čiovo are placed Trogir’s beaches. Whether is the most popular beach named Copacabana, a 2 km long pebble beach lined with beach bars and cafes, or more secluded beaches and places to enjoy the sun and swim in crystal clear water, or small islands settlements, it is all within a short driving distance. Due to its position, Trogir is also a great base to explore the rest of the region's attractions. National park Krka Waterfalls, Primošten, Šibenik, Salona, Klis, and Split are easily reachable on one-day trips.
