Dominated by a large town square that features an Arsenal building, St. Stephen Church, and a small port, the old town is encircled by protective walls from the land side and overlooked by 16th-century Spanish Fort (Fortica). Today, Fortica is a popular tourist spot, and it offers lovely views over the town, the sea, and the Paklinski Islands.

Luxury Villa Teodora is spread over 500 m² of living space with a property of 600 m² The villa consists of four floors, ground floor, first and dupelx penthouse connected by external stairs.

Villa Teodora consists of a outdoor terrace with a pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a seating area. Guests can also enjoy a barbecue and a large dining table for alfresco dining. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, toilets, 6 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, anex with apartment for staff and it is ideal for luxury accommodation for up to 12+2 persons. All 6 bedrooms are finely furnished, some of them with doors opening onto the balcony and letting the sea breezes roll in. On the ground floor, just few steps from the pool there is massage and fitness room where you can regenerate between the sightseeings of Hvar and its surrounding.
