Originally built by family 300 years ago, the newly renovated Rubini Residence delivers a unique sense of history while providing all the amenities and personalized service of a modern luxury residence. Villa Rubini Residence was created by merging 2 original Istrian stone houses in the center of Rovinj. The entire renovation process was carefully designed with the engagement of well-known designers who used the highest quality materials and furniture from top manufacturers during the restoration.

Villa is the only 5-star villa that you can rent in the center of Rovinj. It has 6 bedrooms and spreads over 7 floors. Original stone stairs lead you through all the floors, and each of the 7 floors in the villa has its own special features. On the ground floor there is a fitness room for guests looking for an active holiday, a sauna for relaxation after training and a shower. On the next floor there are 2 bedrooms, both of which have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and TV. On the third floor there are 2 more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and TV. On the same floor there is also a wine collection arranged as a real wine cellar, although it is located high above the ground. This space, lined with antique brick, has an amazing charm and is great for socializing and tasting the finest wines. The fourth floor is designed as the main place for socializing, and on it you will find a comfortable luxury living room with fireplace, desk with a beautiful view, in case you need to do something, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen itself is equipped with top-quality appliances to be found in the best restaurants only, and if you don't feel like cooking, you can always order a private chef. Next to the kitchen there is a large dining table, and the kitchen opens onto a beautiful terrace with panoramic sea views. On the floor above there is an additional living room and another fully equipped kitchen which is a great option in case larger companies want to separate and talk about their topics in peace. On the 6th floor there is a fifth bedroom which also has an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, TV and a charming French balcony with a beautiful sea view. The sugar at the end of this stunning villa is certainly the top floor which is all reserved for the master bedroom. In the middle of the room is a king size bed, and to the left is a bathroom with a relaxing bathtub with a beautiful view. From this bedroom guests are offered a stunning panoramic view not only of the sea but also of the old town of Rovinj.

Location

Rovinj, The Star of Istria, is a beautiful port town located in the north-western region of Croatia, on the coast of the Istrian Peninsula. It is an idyllic little town, which core is contained within an egg-shaped peninsula with a tall bell tower with fantastic views. The old town is a medieval tangle of tight streets, alleys, archways, stairways, small squares loaded with bars, and chill-out places.

Rovinj was awarded the destination of the year for 2019 by the Croatian National Tourist Board. But, beyond Rovinj there is a lot to be seen …. there are many nice swimming spots around Rovinj's south coastline hides some nice coves, bays, rocky and pebbly beaches ( the best way to explore it is to rent a boat) you can seek out ancient ruins, Romans monuments ( in Pula- a vast Roman amphitheater with high arched walls ) or beautiful natural spaces like the 10-kilometer-long Lim Fjord, Punta Corrente Forest Park (s a lovely place for a walk, bike ride, or swim) National park Brijuni (a wonderful archipelago consisting of 14 islands and islets, towns of Preč, Umag, etc..

The interior of the peninsula is also very worth to be explored .. rolling hills and fertile plains with vine and olive groves attract food- and culture-focused visitors to Istria’s hilltop villages. All across you can find wineries and cellar and farmhouse restaurants with top-rated olive oils and award-winning wines, fresh seafood, prime white truffles, fuzi pasta, boskarin meat..And you cant be in Istria and not taste the local gastronomy.
