For Villa Dubrovnik Flower, which is situated in Župa dubrovačka, 12 kilometers east of Dubrovnik, it can be said that it is literally "transferred by the hands". Since the villa can only be reached by foot on a narrow road which connect town with the sea shore, the owners had to move stone by stone to bulit Villa Dubrovnik Flower.
