Villa consists of the main villa on two floors and a separate guest suite a few metres away, which is a single story dwelling. The property features private seasalt infinity pool, comfy sun loungers, gorgeous outdoor terraces, Mediterranean plants, rocky beach and private jetty.

Villa Seabreeze spreads over 350m² on a 1100m² big plot, has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, open-concept living and dining area with a stunning summer kitchen. The villa is suitable for unique accommodation of 10 people.

The interior of the villa Sea Breeze is very tasteful, the spacious and comfortable rooms are full of Mediterranean sunshine and colours. The stylish, light filled living room is open plan and has direct access onto a large, south facing terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen, large rustic dining table adjoins the kitchen. A double bedroom with one double bed and shower room are also on the ground floor of the main house. The guest house is decorated in the Mediterranean colours. and it consists of one bedroom and shower room. The first floor of the main villa there are three comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms with shower or bath tub. All the bedrooms are designed to provide the guests with the maximum comfort possible.

One of the highlights of Villa Seabreeze is the summer kitchen with BBQ and a spacious dining area in the pavilion. A relaxing place for cosy evening get-togethers, celebrations or simply admiring the sunset. The summer kitchen is completely canopied and open to the sea. A roller blind provides the necessary protection on cooler evenings.

Luxury villa Sea Breeze is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and pine trees, guaranteeing privacy and tranquillity. The beautiful, private salt water infinity pool is positioned perfectly for enjoying the best of the sea views whilst swimming. The swimming pool (7x3m) can be heated (additional charge). Perfect to start the season earlier and to extend the summer.

Whether in the garden, on the veranda or the terrace, you’ll find comfy places for you and your loved ones everywhere. Loungers to relax and comfortable lounge furniture, surrounded, if you so desire, by your favourite music. The stone-walled garden is simply perfect for the youngest ones to go exploring. After a strenuous day at the sea, which is about 40 cm deep in front of the house, the children can let off steam on the swing or trampoline. Meanwhile, the bigger ones can have a match at the table tennis table.

There is a possibility of private mooring so make sure to grab the opportunity to rent a boat and visit the stunning beaches of the south. Location

Vis is a small island, with rocky shore which is 77 kilometres long, located on the open sea, 45 kilometres from the mainland and it is surrounded by it's archipelago which consists of many smaller islands and islets. The climate on the island of Vis is Mediterranean, and since it is located on the open sea, the minimum temperature on the island is always few degrees higher than on the mainland or other islands. Thanks to its climate the island of Vis is one of the best locations in Croatia for growing lemons and other citruses. Vis is connected with mainland with ferry connection that operates three to four times per day, and catamaran connections. There are two main towns on the island, the town of Vis and the town of Komiza and many smaller settlements along the coast and in the interior. In the past, Komiza was mainly fishermen's port and town of Vis agricultural and merchant centre. Both are located in well protected bays, and the ferry port is located in the town of Vis. Vis is a small island so it is very easy to get around and explore local beaches, beautiful nature and flora and fauna of the island. We advise you to also explore the interior of the island, because it has as much to offer as popular coastal destinations. The development of tourism on the island of Vis began in 1990's. Since the island was designated as a military base during communist Yugoslavia, it was closed to almost all visitors, especially foreigners, and tourism did not develop. After the independence of Croatia, the tourism industry began to develop, and Vis today is amongst most popular island destination in Croatia, partly because it started to develop only recently, thus preserving its original charm and beauty, still unspoiled by modern tourist industry.
