Sleek and simple architectural lines of the villa and understated modern interior design combined with comfort and luxury define Villa Cypress Hill. It is in a fabulous location, 1km from the beach. The accommodation is on three floors, and the living area is on the top floor to maximise the view. As the villa is built on a slope, it is entered from the garden on the road side, into the top floor info the sitting room, whilst bedrooms are on lower floors. However, these floors are also raised, since they cascade down a slope and face the sea.
The open plan modern living space is unified by its elegant dark granite floor tiles and white walls. One whole wall is made of large glass panes which enable the view of a great expanse of the sea. They can also open, and the outside terrace becomes part of the living room. There are many comfortable leather sofas and armchairs to sit, relax and enjoy the view. The next area is a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances and dining area.
The first floor of Villa Cypress Hill consists of two modern double bedrooms; one bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath tub and the other bathroom has bath tub and shower aswell. Both rooms share terrace with outdoor furniture and a magnificent view.
On the grund floor of villa, which is connected with outdoor stairs there are two modern double bedrooms with tastefully decorated private bathrooms. Each bedroom has a sea view and ahared terrace with top of the range outdoor furniture. The garden is laid to terraces and planted with many Mediterranean plants, and infused with a scent of rosemary and lavender. Parts of the garden are covered with beach pebbles, giving it smart, but natural look. On the ground floor is a separate garden with an impressive infinity pool merging with the view of the sea. The sunbathing area is provided with sun beds, sun umbrellas and pool towels.
Dubrovnik riviera is picturesque area lying along the coast, with the gentle and rocky coast abounding in natural bays, with a mixture of pine and olive groves, vineyards and the Mediterraneous bush-covered rock. Dubrovnik region includes basically all areas that were once a part of the Dubrovnik Republic - the lush Elaphite Islands, Peljesac Peninsula, Konavle and Zupa to the east with the lovely town of Cavtat, Trsteno with the famous Arboretum and many seaside places to the west, Peljesac peninsula and the town of Ston, Mljet island with the beautiful National Park area, and the Korcula island with the medieval town of Korcula. Visiting Dubrovnik is not a complete pleasure without seeing at least a part of its surroundings: the good land and sea connections offer the possibility of organizing either shorter or longer excursions. Orasac is a picturesque town with a nice beach, spring water and ancient olive groves. It is well known for its excursion destination restaurants, in particular the 'Soderini' castle, once owned by one of the great men of Florence who had to flee his hometown from the Medici family and he found shelter and peace here (16th century). Today, the castle has been repurposed into a hospitality facility.
