The villa is composed of two separate houses, with a courtyard between them, and two magnificent terraces from which you can enjoy the views of the Old Town and sea. The swimming pool sits on the upper terrace and is surrounded by colourful gardens, with palms and cypress trees. With its stunning backdrop of the sea and the city walls of Dubrovnik, the terrace is perfect for gatherings and special events, such as weddings and anniversaries.
Villa Dubrovnik View has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and is suitable for luxury accommodation for 13 persons + 4 on additional beds.
The main house of the Villa Dubrovnik View consists of three floors. On the ground floor of the main house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a terrace, a living area with a large dining table and a fully equipped gym.
The ground floor and first floor of the main house are connected by a unique spiral staircase that further emphasizes the character and elegance of this beautiful villa's interior. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a large terrace. On the second floor of the main house there are two double bedrooms and one shared bathroom.
The second house of Villa Dubrovnik View is divided into two almost identical two-story apartments. One of its apartments consists of a kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom, a toilet and a bathroom. The second apartment has almost an almost identical layout as the first one, differing with the addition of a kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom, double bedroom and a single bedroom.
Villa Dubrovnik View is located on a magnificent estate with a number of attractive and luxurious facilities, framed by rich Mediterranean vegetation. Particularly appealing features of the villa are the two terraces; top and bottom, offering magnificent views of the surrounding natural beauty, which are ideal for afternoon relaxation or for arranging celebrations and social gatherings.
