Antonio Toni Kovic - coming from a family with multi-generational tradition of professional semen; captain and owner Antonio (Toni) said that he never could imagine himself working in any other business but maritime. After he received his bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split, Toni has started sailing. Even though he is one of the youngest captains, Toni has over 15 years of experience on the sea. While he was working for Princess Cruises and P&O Cruises, he gained precious experience of sailing international seas. From 2007 until 2018 Toni was captain and owner of gulet Linda – a charming crewed charter yacht with numerous repetitive guests. Past years of hard work driven by strong desire for constant improvements and professional progress made his dreams come true. Toni built one of the most unique boats on Adriatic, assembled crew according to his very selective standards and is looking forward to welcoming his guests onboard Lady Gita. Fluent in English, excellent organizer, highly professional and completely orientated to provide the best for his guests, communicative, experienced and knowledgeable of every inch of Adriatic, your captain Toni is always ready for interesting conversations and a good laugh. Before you meet him, we will reveal a few interesting things: Toni's biggest love is his beautiful little daughter Gita, so he named his beautiful yacht after her. While he is not spending his free time with family, Toni enjoys photography, music, and sports. His favorite music is rock, favorite book "One Hundred Years of Solitude" and his favorite movie is "As good as it gets".

Zlatko Poljak - after formal culinary education at high school, Zlatko immediately started to work in restaurants along the Dalmatian coast. Highly motivated by nature, he took challenging opportunity to work as a chef on a merchant vessel; creative and organized he succeeded to deliver diverse, high-quality meals, from limited provisions. His continuous and outstanding career of chef on a luxury charter yacht started in 2006. Satisfaction of cooking for smaller group of guests according to their pre-announced preferences has determined his path. Requirement to create fully customized meal plan for every charter respecting preferences and dietary restrictions of his guests is Zlatko’s ongoing motivation to constantly upgrade and improve his knowledge and techniques in every way. Reached highest professional level by completing Master Chef Program (2011, Cum Laude) to be awarded by the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Arts in Split with the title of Master Chef. Focused on fresh, seasonal, locally farmed ingredients Zlatko will recommend variations of Mediterranean specialties – but do not hesitate to put in your meal preferences any of international classics; he will amaze you with every meal. Dedicated to the balanced meals; in terms of macronutrients and micronutrients and size of the portions, Zlatko is at the same time very much of a perfectionist when it comes to food presentation; he firmly believes in love on the first sight. Observant and used to various eating dynamics, Zlatko is completely flexible and ready for short-notice changes and new demands of his guests. During 14 years of sailing he has built logistic support of local farmers and fishermen along the Adriatic, selected by his high standards, devoted to him for promotion and support he gave them during the times they were struggling to sell their organic products. Chef Z has three food requirements; “Healthy, fresh and balanced”. Fully respecting requirements of his guests boldly creates meals which turn to memories. Plates coming out from his galley are completed and seasoned; not just collection of properly prepared ingredients with recommended add-ons. Zlatko’s reputation of best professional charter yacht Chef is equally followed by one of desirable crew member, supportive to his colleagues, uplifting and committed. Appreciated for his simple, outgoing, cheerful character, vast general knowledge, skills and interests; particularly for his nautical knowledge as this proficient seaman is certified Yacht Master authorized to operate vessels up to 100 GT. If not exploring culinary trends in his free time, Zlatko will turn into a car-mechanic (pursue of this hobby assumed to be responsible for his truck driver’s license). Enjoys sports and outdoor activities - but above all - being devoted father of three and life companion to travel addict he married.
