After starting off his career in hospitality and working as a restaurant manager for a number of years, Captain Kurt decided to look for a career in the yachting world and got a job at the Vilamoura On-deck RYA training centre, where he soon progressed to become an instructor for motor yachts, powerboats and Jet skis. Captain Kurt has now been working in Croatia for the last seven years. He likes to use his local knowledge of Croatia, as well as his expertise as a captain, to cater to his guests so that they can have the experience of a lifetime whilst on board.
