Before founding Croatia Finest Holidays, Dubravka worked as a travel consultant, gaining hands-on experience in designing personalized stays for international guests.
This experience shaped the agency’s approach today:
not offering thousands of listings, but a selection of villas that meet clear standards in location, design and guest experience. We work directly with villa owners and personally know each property we offer.

According to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act ("Zakon o zaštiti potrošača"; "Narodne novine" No. 41/14), the company informs consumers of their right to report dissatisfaction with the service provided, in writing by e-mail to [email protected], whereby the company will, without delay, acknowledge the receipt of the complaint in writing.
Customers can also send their objections by post office to FINEST HOLIDAYS d.o.o., Lovretska 5, 21000 Split, Croatia. The company commits to respond in writing within 15 days of receipt of the written complaint. The complainant is obliged to indicate the first and last name and address for delivery of the reply.
