Villa has 4 bedrooms with 7 beds, 3 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 7 people. The property of the villa also has a new annex/suite built next to the main buliding, which consists of a queen bed, a sofa that can be used as a single bed and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. If there is need for more accommodation, suite can be booked with additional charge. It is ideal for accommodation of 2+1 person. Which is in total 9+1 person.

The ground floor of Villa is designed as an area for relaxation and socializing. A beautiful view from the spacious terrace surrounded with the garden extends to the Elaphite Islands – Sipan, Kolocep and Lopud. The garden and terrace are equipped with outdoor furniture and a specially covered area for dining. From this level, the stone steps lead to a beach, which is perfect for enjoyment and refreshment during hot summer days. A glass door separates the spacious living room from the terrace, which is equipped with high quality furniture. Next to the living room, there is a modern dining room, but guests may alternatively enjoy dining outside onto the terrace.
