Villa Mirabela is also just in front of the other beautiful Villa Fortica, so two of the villas can be rented together - the perfect option for large groups of family and friends.

Omis is a picturesque town with a true Mediterranean atmosphere, located at the estuary of the Cetina River, just 21 km from the largest Dalmatian city of Split. The Cetina River and its magnificent canyon, beautiful mountain in the background and mile long sandy beach make this part of the Adriatic coast unique and incomparable. Because of the unique location, surrounded by steep cliffs, the river and the sea, the town of Omis can be extremely proud of its extraordinary characteristics, which are impressive to say the least. A little further afield is the bustling and vibrant city of Split which combines history and culture with modern entertainment and a fabulous night life.

Villa Mirabela has been designed with fantastic flair inside and out. It boasts a truly urban appearance and is surrounded by unspoiled greenery. What a setting with its wonderfully undisturbed views of sea and nature! Villa is located on a property with a total area of 400 m². The villa itself has an area of 280 m² and extends over three floors: lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor. Villa Mirabela has 4 bedrooms, additional bedroom with sofa bed and 5 bathrooms and accommodates up to 8 people.

You are sure to notice the attention to detail both inside and out with the villas unique architecture and stylish design. Access to the villa is direct from the coastal road to the main entrance on the ground floor. On the ground floor you will find a large open plan living and dining area with a modern and fully-equipped kitchen and floor to ceiling windows which open out onto the terrace and swimming pool.

On the lower ground floor there is an air-conditioned gym, shower room, sauna and smaller bedroom with a sofa bed and TV. The first floor of the Villa Mirabela is connected by stairs from the living room. First floor features four spacious en-suite bedrooms with bath tub and shower, completed with flat screen TV’s. Two of the bedrooms have shared spacious terrace with lounge furniture to enjoy sea views.

For those looking to relax lounging by the outside private heated swimming pool or the beautifully landscaped sun terrace is ideal. Omis is a Dalmatian town at the mouth of the Cetina River! The unique combination of the river Cetina, sea and mountains is only 25 km away from Split. Here’s a cold hard fact - your vacation in Omiš simply cannot be considered complete if you miss the chance to hear some truly fascinating stories that these centuries old streets have written all over them. Of course, visiting beaches and enjoying beautiful nature is probably the first thing you should do when in Omiš, but it would be a huge mistake if that is the only thing you do while in town with such an incredible culture and history.
