Villa Filia spreads over four floors: the basement, the ground floor, first and the second floor and anex apartment. Villa Filia has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, anex apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 8-12 persons. Estate can be rented as one unite for 12 persons or separately. Villa was built in the in Gothic-Renaissance style and it witnessed many important historical events. The villa was rebuilt under the detailed monitoring of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments of the Republic of Croatia because of its historical value. This stone beauty, surrounded by powerful, centuries-old stone walls, offers complete privacy for its guests. Filia is an ideal choice for those who want to spend their holiday relaxing in a luxurious private area close to the sea, as well as for those who want to enjoy themselves in the spacious and elegant spaces of this magnificent edifice. Anex is renovated in modern style so combination of modern and gothic-renaissance style gives unique environment.
The villa is a place where tradition, culture, luxury and balance of mind and body are met. The main floor of Villa Filia is the central area of the villa, which consists of a spacious living area, with an indoor fireplace and modern sofas. From this sun-bathed and airy space hallway leads you to fully equipped kitchen and basement where is wine cellar with nice selection of wines. On this floor there is also simple bedroom with queen-size bed and separate toilette with shower.
The first floor of this luxury villa is connected to the ground level with an internal staircase, and is intended for rest and relaxation. The interior of this level is furnished with antique furniture and designed to give the bedrooms a charming and romantic atmosphere - there are 2 bedrooms furnished with double beds. All rooms have modern en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath tub.
On the top floor of Villa Filia there is modern and spacious master bedroom with private balcony, en suite bathroom and king-size bed. Master bedroom also has large walk-in closet.
Besides the beautiful interior, from the main ground floor, you can step onto a large stone terrace with a magnificent swimming pool which has a great and indispensable role. Pool area is equipped with sun chairs, sun umbrellas and outdoor seating furniture where you can enjoy refreshments through the day; and in the evening, a glass of wine. If you're in the mood for some relaxing or delicious barbecue food there is summer kitchenette, just with a comfortable sitting area that gives a perfect ambiance in the shadow of Mediterranean plants
