Arriving at this beautiful property of the luxury Villa Elegant Residence, the first thing you will notice is the carefully maintained garden and courtyard - circular driveway with 2 parking places in which in the middle an olive tree grows, symbol of antiquity and longevity. No less old and imposing are the massive, 2.5 m tall, main entrance doors made of Croatian leach over 50 years old.

Surrounded by a hedge that protects you from unwanted views, allowing you to relax in luxury, one side of the villa provides modern facilities such as a 50m² heated swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a heated outdoor shower. There is also a mini golf course with 5 holes, which will be of great help while escaping stress, lounge area and terrace with a BBQ and a dining table - in case you want to spice up your vacation with dinner in the pleasant company of your friends.

Luxury Villa Elegant Residence covers an area of 400m² of living space, and is located on a property with a total area of 1810m². The villa consists of three levels: lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor. Luxury Villa Elegant Residence has 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and is ideal for luxury accommodation for up to 8 persons.

An entertainment, wellness and fitness area is located on the lower level, featuring a gym, sauna, a rainfall shower, and a billiards area featuring a wine cellar and picture gallery. On the ground level there is a spacious kitchen with modern appliances and dining area, a living room with a library containing works from many of Croatia’s notable literati translated into several languages, and a big bedroom hidden behind its walls. The upper level is intended for relaxation and contains three luxurious and spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large balcony for the soothing experience within the heart of Istrian nature.

At the Elegant Residences, you will find the centuries old Croatia oak upon which the City of Venice stands, reinterpretations of famous painters such as Vlaho Bukovac, whose works line the walls of the world’s most famous museums and galleries, and with the application of the accomplishments of the genius Nikola Testa, you can enjoy listening to the masterful works of Croatian musicians (Two Cellos, Maksim Mrvica and others), or play around in the kitchen with various local delicacies (truffles, olives and specialities of Mediterranean cuisine). Among the diverse offer of Croatia’s best wines, the Ilocki Traminac stands above all, and today is savoured at the English palace. Location

Due to the Mediterranean influence, which is conditioned by its position and proximity to Italy, Istria has always exuded a special charm, different from other Croatian regions. This was especially evident in the traditional architecture and stone houses built on the hills, numerous vineyards and green areas that are irresistibly reminiscent of Italian Tuscany. Ribari (Radetici) is a small place in the interior of Istria, located in a perfectly quiet location, surrounded by greenery, cultivated fields and vineyards. The place with a dozen rural villas is located about 30 minutes drive from Rovinj, on the stretch between Sv. Lovreč and Kanfanar. In these places you can stock up on basic groceries, and we definitely recommend that you visit the surrounding taverns, wineries and prosciutto parlors, which will delight you with their traditional specialties and products. In the vicinity there are also the ruins of the medieval town of Dvigrad and the impressive karst phenomenon, the Lim Bay with Romuald's Cave. When you want the sea and tourist centers, there are some of the most popular destinations in Croatia: Rovinj, Porec, Vrsar and Pula.
