Villa Sunset Hvar is situated on the second row from the sea level beneath a cliff with a spectacular 180° view of the shimmering Adriatic sea and marvelous neighboring islands. The 2000 m² of villa’s property is surrounded by the enriched greenery, pine, palms and lemon trees.
The villa is located in a quiet area on a dead-end street which eliminates the traffic noise completely. The villa is suitable for maximum 14 people + 2 on sofa beds and is perfect for families or group of friends looking for a complete tranquility and privacy. The newly built large-heated-infinity swimming pool offers an amazing panoramic sea view. The guests can relax on the three pure-nature terraces with sun beds, chairs and umbrellas. All 7 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, satellite LCD TV, Internet connection (Wi-Fi), air-conditioning (heating or cooling). 6 rooms offer direct sea view, only 7th room offers no sea view, no direct light. The villa’s manager lives in the separate house next to the villa and is at disposal for providing concierge services.
On the ground floor of Villa Sunset Hvar, there is a calm, quiet sleeping area with 4 double bedrooms equipped with king size beds and en suite bathrooms and three bedrooms have direct access to the terraces with outdoor furniture. These terraces offer a spectacular view of the sea.
First floor has a fully equipped kitchen with massive dining table and living/dining area plus access to the terrace. The Suite on top floor consists of a bedroom with a king size bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. This suite is on the second floor and is connected to the living area by a spiral staircase. This suite has its own terrace where you can enjoy quiet and peaceful hours outdoors or choose to spend some time indoors in its own living room.
The second floor offers comfortable bedroom with a king size bed, its own dressing room, gorgeous living room with a large balcony and a breathtaking sea view will allow you to forget the stresses of everyday life. This suite also has a stylishly designed bathroom with a bathtub and shower with an amazing sea view. The extra-large private terrace with 2 sun beds and sun umbrella will give you the sensation of a perfect vacation.
Due to the specific nature of grounds, number of stairs, terraces and lack of lawns, it might be unsuitable for children under 10 years old. Young children should be supervised at all times.
