Not far from world famous Dubrovnik, up in the hills above Dubrovnik area you can find a little piece of heaven – Villa Alba. This exclusive villa is located in Orasac and is close to the outstanding restaurants, bars, shops and recreational facilities along this famous coast. The entire area is surrounded by wonderful and calm nature ideal for outdoor athletes and nature lovers. 

This newly built villa is a wonderful example of modern and innovative architecture; is spacious and airy, and high ceilings and glass walls give the feeling of freedom and open the view of the Dubrovnik islands. Opposites, ie the islands and the Adriatic Sea on one side and the surrounding hills on the other, make Orasac unique. Amidst a beautiful natural landscape, built on an elevated hillside, the villa provides fantastic view over the sea and the surrounding coastline. The villa with its high-quality furnishings has been integrated perfectly into the Mediterranean hillside landscape and built on multi-level terraces.

Villa Alba is modern villa on three floors with 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom – ideal for group of 10 persons. As you enter through the main doors on the main floor  you will reach two double bedrooms. All the air-conditioned bedrooms have nice linens with opulent bathrooms and plenty of fluffy towels to pamper oneself with after a day in the sea or around the pool. The rooms offer a stunning view directly of the sea or the surrounding green landscape. 

The indoor stairs leads to lower level, where you will find three more en-suite bedrooms all with sea view and one is twin bedroom. On the lower floor there is central living area with large comfortable sofa, dining area, the modern and fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances. On this level there is also bathroom for guests. The living area leads to the spacious terrace with lounge and dining area, which makes dining alfresco unavoidable.

Here is also the most interesting part of this beautiful villa stunning infinity swimming pool. You’ll feel all your worries disappear as you float in the water, looking out at a panoramic view of the surroundings. Around pool there is sundeck terrace with sunbeds, chill out area with outdoor sofas which make the perfect spot for an early morning coffee or a few drinks in the last of the evening sun.

If you like to stay more fit during your stay – Villa Alba will indulge all your senses – you will find equipment for exercise in the home gym and sauna. If you wish to feel at ease in a fresh and natural environment and escape into a private retreat with a loved one, Villa Alba is just the right choice for you.

Location

Dubrovnik riviera is picturesque area lying along the coast, with the gentle and rocky coast abounding in natural bays, with a mixture of pine and olive groves, vineyards and the Mediterraneous bush-covered rock. Dubrovnik region includes basically all areas that were once a part of the Dubrovnik Republic - the lush Elaphite Islands, Peljesac Peninsula, Konavle and Zupa to the east with the lovely town of Cavtat, Trsteno with the famous Arboretum and many seaside places to the west, Peljesac peninsula and the town of Ston, Mljet island with the beautiful National Park area, and the Korcula island with the medieval town of Korcula. Visiting Dubrovnik is not a complete pleasure without seeing at least a part of its surroundings: the good land and sea connections offer the possibility of organizing either shorter or longer excursions. Orasac is a picturesque town with a nice beach, spring water and ancient olive groves. It is well known for its excursion destination restaurants, in particular the 'Soderini' castle, once owned by one of the great men of Florence who had to flee his hometown from the Medici family and he found shelter and peace here (16th century). Today, the castle has been repurposed into a hospitality facility.

DAILY PRICES FOR 2024:

• Damage deposit in amount of 2000,00 € will need to be deposited in our bank account with balance payment
• Damage deposit will be returned 48 hours after departure, less any breakages

PAYMENT POLICIES:

• Non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking
• Non-refundable balance equal to 50% must be paid 90 days prior to arrival
