Villa spreads of 1500m², has 3 bedrooms and it is perfect accommodation for 6+1 person on extra bed. The pool and garden area is fully enclosed which is great if guests are bringing their pets.

The modern, open plan kitchen and spacious sitting area span the entire length of the ground floor of the property. Large living area on the ground floor features an expanse of glass providing exceptional views of the countryside of an different angles. The large comfy sofas are fabulous place to relax any time of the day. From here you can walk straight out of the large glass sliding doors onto the terrace. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything one would like to have to prepare delicious dishes. On the same level as the open plan living area is a small library area with TV and books.

On the forst floor there are 3 en-suite double bedrooms with impressive panoramic views. Outdoor lies a large heated infinity swimming pool with comfortable loungers. Thought the garden, there are many secluded spots and quite corners for reading, lounging and enjoying the scents of the garden.

Istria is indeed a feast for the eyes. Its streams flow to the sea through deep valleys and gullies which bring to mind the ancient local myths about giants. Rolling hills overlook the fields and valleys with little towns perched on the peaks, recalling some old paintings. The view is splendid: white-topped mountains, lush wheat fields, plateaux, valleys, vineyards and olive groves on hillsides, and, finally the sea. The Motovun area is abundant with natural beauties due to its biological diveristy, rich flora and fauna and good climate. Visitors are drawn to the lush green meadows and the natural habitat filled with many plants and animals. The River Mirna bisects the valley and runs through the Motovun forest, which is known for its famous inhabitants – truffles. No one should miss the spectacular view from the city walls over the Mirna valley.
