Luxury Villa Antal is located on a property of 1364 m² while its residential part occupies 846 m² with 256 m² of terraces. It is spread over 4 floors separated by an internal stairs: basement, ground floor, first and second floor. Villa Antal has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 toilets and is suitable for luxury accommodation of 10 + 2 persons. 

Arriving in this fairy-tale modern villa you will be enchanted by the intoxicating scents of Mediterranean trees and the beauty of the sea horizon. Attention is also drawn to the luxurious heated swimming pool with massage jets (14m long), which is certainly in the center of attention of the outdoor area. It is surrounded by sun loungers and a living area with a comfortable sofas that allows you to enjoy the afternoon rays of the Mediterranean sun. Here is also a covered-equipped summer kitchen with charcoal grill and dining table for alfresco dining. 

The interior of the luxurious Villa Antal is separated from the terrace by a sliding glass door leading to the ground floor. The ground floor consists of a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, game room for children, coffee corner and study in case you need to have time for work. 

A sauna with automatic humidity control system and with direct access to the pool, a fitness room, a relaxation area are situated in the basement of this unique villa. 

The first and second floors of the villa are separated from the ground floor by internal stairs. There are 5 luxurious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and laundry. Four bedrooms are located on first floor – each room has double bed, bathroom, private terrace with sea view and walk in closet (except one bedroom which has over size wardrobe). Fifth room is a penthouse and it is located on the top floor of the villa. It spreads over almost 82 m², has king size bed, bathroom, bath tub with sea view, relax room, wardrobe and special feature is the exit to the 130 m² big private terrace which offers a view of the beautiful blue sea and the golden sunsets. 

Villa Antal is equipped with smart house system including remote control of lighting, cooling and heating, as well as HEOS multimedia system that provides the ability to play music in different rooms, gym, relax and pool area separately or simultaneously. There is also underfloor heating and air conditioning.  The villa also has garage for one car and additional three outdoor parking spaces.

Fažana is a picturesque fishing town on southwestern coast of the Istrian peninsula situated near the ancient town of Pula ideal for relaxation and recreation. More a fishing town than a tourist place, Fažana will charm you precisely because of that. Fažana is the biggest settlement on the otherwise sparsely populated stretch of the Istrian coast between Pula and Rovinj. It is also the port from where you can reach the Brijuni Islands National Park, the well-known Earth’s paradise. Unlike many Istrian towns, Fažana is not overwhelmed by tourism and is still a relatively quiet place. If you are looking for an unpretentious holiday with an unmistakable Istrian touch, Fažana is for you. Fažana’s closest airport is Pula’s. If not driving yourself, a taxi ride will take about 20 minutes. If coming by car, best to take Istria’s “Y” motorway system, connecting the peninsula to Rijeka, Zagreb, Slovenia and Italy. Exit it at Vodnjan south, turn left onto road 21, then right onto Galižanska cesta, leading you straight to Fažana. One of Fažana’s main attractions is its kilometres long promenade, running up to the neighboring Peroj village. With a view of the Adriatic Sea and Brijuni islands, it makes for a great walk or a bike ride and offers some spectacular sunsets. Also, make sure to check out the water sports offer Fažana is known for. Some of the options are renting a boat or a jet ski, taking a boat ride around the local archipelago, or joining the local fishermen for a fishing experience.
