Luxury Villa Vita is located on a well mantained property of more than 3000m² and the living space of the villa is spread over 360 m² distributed on 2 floors: ground floor and first floor. Villa Vita has 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and SPA zone with indoor heated pool and finnish sauna.

The garden of the villa, which offers absolute privacy, is equipped with swimming pool and another shallow pool which can be used for the children, carefully landscaped garden, sun loungers, swing, lounge area, summer kitchenette, outdoor furniture for alfresco dining. Villa Vita is suitable comfortable accommodation of 8 people.

Arriving at the villa begins the rest and relaxation of body and soul in a green oasis of natural beauty. The center of attention of the garden is a relax zone with lounge area and swimming pool. Nearby are elegant comfortable sun loungers and dining area. This is also the perfect place to enjoy your favorite read and sip your first sips of morning coffee. For those who like an active holiday, there are numerous activities near the villa such as trakking and cycling.

The living space of the villa Vita, which exudes comfort and luxury, is permeated with the maximum amount of light, and neutral and clean lines achieve perfect elegance. The living room is separated from the garden by a large sliding wall and has comfortable furnitur, fireplace aend LCD TV. This spacious, comfortable space is ideal for socializing with movie nights with Netflix content available. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor.

The fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island and dining table are located in the same area and overlooking the garden and pool allows you to prepare meals with ease and pleasure. From the living area wooden stairs leades to the first floor, where you will find a spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom and a breathtaking view of the surroundings. Other three bedrooms of villa Vita are situated on the ground floor and are equipped with the highest level of quality and provide absolute comfort and privacy. Rooms have comfortable double beds, LCD TV en suite bathrooms with shower. Each room offers exit to shared terrace with a view of the infinity of green landscape and rich flora.

Location

The town of Bale-Valle is situated at a height of 140 meters above sea level and lies at the intersection of roads leading to Rovinj-Rovigno, Pula-Pola and Trieste, only 5 kilometres from the sea. The town developed around the medieval castle of the Soardo and Bembo families in the 15th century and is mentioned in the earliest written documents as the Roman settlement Castrum Vallis. It is yet another typical Istrian town built on a hilltop with narrow streets and stone houses that create a special atmosphere. The town is dominated by the bell tower of the Parish Church of St. Julian, built at the end of the 19th century. The Bembo Palace has recently been completely restored, nearby is a fine example of a town loggia, whereas the town centre is under protection. At Colone Cove near Bale-Valle a very rich site of fossils belonging to several species of dinosaurs has been discovered.
