Villa Priska is traditional Dalmatian newly renovated stone built villa, offering experience of a peaceful island life, but luxury equipped and only few steps from the sea and beautiful beach! Located by the beach in Supetar, on Brac island.

On a 2000m² big property with pine and olive trees and 750 m² interior, this holiday mansion is a Mediterranean vacation oasis perfect for large families and friends getaways. Made of famous Brac white stone, the villa harmoniously combines traditional architecture with luxury amenities.

Supetar is a perfect place to relax and spend your holidays, whether you are travelling alone, with friends or family. It is an opportunity to truly live the island lifestyle surrounded with amazing nature. Supetar is the main port of entry on island Brac and is the largest town on the island. The harbour is an attractive place for a stroll and is backed by a small network of medieval streets lined with local cafes and small shops. Although many people only give Supetar a passing glance on the way to the much more touristed and beachy Bol, it merits more. Fertile surrounding countryside with vineyards, olive groves and orchards, pine woods all along the coast, the bay of Vlacica and its beaches make Supetar an excellent base to explore the island. The town itself is busy with tourists in summer but languid the rest of the year.

Villa Priska has a spacious beautiful garden with a private pool (35 m²), sun loungers and an outdoor dining table and seating area, as well as outdoor kitchen with grill. Property is surrounded by walls with Brac stone, which allows complete privacy.  Also, Villa Priska offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious and light living and dining room on a patio with a glass ceiling, 6 bedrooms with bathrooms, two saunas, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, fitness room, TV room and it is comfortable accommodation for 12 persons.

On the ground floor you will find four bedrooms, a spacious and light living and dining room, a piano and a stone fireplace add to the charm of the space. Next to the patio is a relaxing area with two saunas, an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi and a billiard table. Two more bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa, one of them being a master bedroom. We highlight the spacious master bed room with gallery, bathroom, balcony with table, tables, king-size bed, satellite LCD TV and a separate shelf where there are various books for guests to choose from. In general, each room has a large king-size bed, its own spacious bathroom with shower, flat-screen TV, a separate balcony equipped with deck chairs and tables. Massage room, TV room and fitness room are also situated on this floor.

Exiting onto the terrace, you will find a lovely summer kitchen with a barbecue and a stone dining table for 12. In the beautiful and spacious courtyard of this oasis is a large private pool with sun loungers and parasols surrounded by trees that create natural shade and a pleasant ambiance to relax. A lot of effort and resources have been invested in horticulture, which is a special feature that stands out and thanks to which you will experience magical and relaxing moments in the courtyard from which the pleasant scents of Mediterranean plants are spread. From the courtyard of the Villa Priska in just a few steps, you come to a beach with a clear and turquoise sea. The hosts provided 3 sun loungers exclusively for guests on the beach.

Location

Island Brac is situated between islands Solta and Hvar and it is biggest middle Dalmatian island with 395 km² of space. The island was probably named after a deer – brenthos in Illyrian, a cult animal of Illyrian tribes who inhabited the island. Greeks called it Elaphusa and Bretanide which derives from the world elaphos – deer. Findings in the Kopacina cave are the evidence of the presence of deer on Brac in the prehistoric period. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac. Island Brac belongs to the sunniest Adriatic area with over 2,700 hours of sunshine a year ( in summer 9-12 hours, in winter over 4 hours a day).
