Brand new exceptional Villa S is located directly by the sea in a quiet and small village on the south side of Korcula island, but also close to nearby towns of Brna (2km), Blato (13km), Vela Luka (23km) and Korcula (34km).

Luxury Villa S is spread over a plot of 1000m² with a living area of 500m² and consists of four floor. The villa is a wonderful example of a genius innovative architecture, spacious and airy, with high ceilings and glass walls giving the feeling of freedom and providing breathtaking sea views from every corner of the house.

Surrounded with pine trees and with direct sea access it provides a high degree of privacy and makes you feel in harmony with the environment. Villa S has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 6 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and two additional toilettes. Luxury Villa S is suitable accommodation for 12 persons.

The villa has two spacious indoor living rooms with a gallery, a modern fully equipped Miele kitchen, in and outdoor dining areas for 12 people. Each bedroom has its own balcony - terrasse with a fabulous view of the crystal clear water and Lastovo island.

The courtyard of the villa is surrounded by the natural beauty of Mediterranean greenery with a view of the Adriatic Sea and neighboring islands. In the yard, there is a private swimming pool which is surrounded by deck chairs and umbrellas for relaxation with a beautiful unusual panoramic view. In addition to the swimming pool, there is an outdoor shower for cooling at all times.

A special feature of the yard is the outdoor dining area to enjoy the delicacies prepared on the outdoor fireplace. In a separate area there is fitness room with a shower. The villa is fully air conditioned and features underfloor heating for winter comfort.

The entire area is surrounded by hiking and cycling trials. You can enjoy the ride to the nearby islands with stand-up paddles. Jet ski or a boat with a skipper can be hired on a daily basis allowing you to experience all the islands and fascinating underwater scenery. Daytrips can also be made to islands Hvar, Mljet, Lastovo and Vis. You can enjoy vine tasting in one of the vineyards Korčula is famous for, visit the lovely old Korčula town and have a gourmet dinner in one of its Michelin stared restaurants.

Location

Korcula is considered as the pearl of the southern Dalmatia and offers to its visitors picturesque walled old town of Korcula, magnificent coastal panoramas, dreamlike fishing villages and idyllic coves. The sixth largest island in Croatia, Korcula is 20 miles long and rather narrow, between 4 and 5 miles wide on average. This island is known for its dense forest and the ancient Greeks called the island Black Korcula (Kerkyra melaina) for this reason. Away from the tourist-places on the coast of the island Korcula, in the island's interior one discovers a unique green landscape with panoramic views and hidden cultural treasure, which one can discover either on foot or by bicycle. The coast of the island of Korcula is very indented with a large number of bays and coves. The main resorts are Korcula Town (people call it “Little Dubrovnik” because of its medieval squares, churches, palaces and houses), Vela Luka and Lumbarda. There’s also smaller towns and villages dotted around on the island for those looking for a more secluded holiday. Korcula is one of Croatia’s most treasured islands although, perhaps somewhat surprisingly, not quite as popular as some of its slightly more northern counterparts, such as Brac and Hvar. This may be because the island is a little further away to get to (both from Split or Dubrovnik) and some of the most convenient ferry services to the island only run in summer.
