Rubini Estate ineriour is a perfect combination of rustic, luxurious and modern architecture, which will definitely be the first thing you would notice. It provides accommodation for 6+2 guests in two accommodation units located beside other - main house and cottage.

Main house has a total area of 217 m² and consists of two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a relaxing bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds which also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bathrooms have all the necessary toiletries. The modern kitchen with dining area and living room are open plan and provide a unique aesthetic experience. Kitchen is fully equipped and staying in it beautifies the view of the greenery of the olive tree. The living room consists of a spacious sofa and a corner sofa in front of which is a smart TV with Netflix. Also, an indispensable detail is a beautiful fireplace. For virtual games lovers, the PlayStation 5 is also available.

The cottage accommodation flow with simplicity and sophistication. Here you will find a cozy bedroom that has a private bathroom with a shower and all the necessary toiletries. Two more accommodation spaces are provided by a double bed sofa. In this minimalist kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. As in the main house, the kitchen with dining area and living room are open plan, cozy and oozing simplicity.

The fully fenced yard spreads over 6 hectares and is adorned with an olive tree plantation. In this oasis of peace, swimming in a pool with an area of 20 m² is a special experience. The sun deck area is further enhanced by a garden with Mediterranean plants. Both accommodation units have a beautiful porch with a garden sofa and a table. American style BBQ grill is on hand to prepare the inevitable barbecue tasty meals. Children will enjoy the playground. Also, they can play table tennis or ride bicycles.

Location



Španidiga is a small suburban settlement about 5 km from Rovinj and 2 km from the sea, along the main road Rovinj - Pula. In the immediate vicinity is the very interesting archaeological site of Monkodonja, as well as the ornithological reserve Palud. On the way to the nearby beaches, there are several well-known taverns and agritourisms, as well as Stancija Collis winery.

Rovinj, The Star of Istria, is a beautiful port town located in the north-western region of Croatia, on the coast of the Istrian Peninsula. It is an idyllic little town, which core is contained within an egg-shaped peninsula with a tall bell tower with fantastic views. The old town is a medieval tangle of tight streets, alleys, archways, stairways, small squares loaded with bars, and chill-out places.

The interior of the peninsula is also very worth to be explored .. rolling hills and fertile plains with vine and olive groves attract food- and culture-focused visitors to Istria’s hilltop villages.
