The outer part of the villa consists of a spacious courtyard with a swimming pool with deck chairs and an outdoor shower. Villa My Place has 4 bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms and it is accommodation for 8 persons. On the terrace of villa, lies a large swimming pool, blending with the spectacular sea horizon. There is covered terrace with a large dining table, with staircase linked to a private sun deck guaranteeing discreet entry to the sea.

From the terrace you enter open space of the ground floor containing spacious living room, dining area with a table for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen in the background. The two comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can relax and enjoy beautiful sea views and sunset. On this floor there are four daylight bedrooms, three with king size beds and one with twin beds – all with modern bathrooms and satellite TV. The rooms have a view through the glass walls of the picturesque landscape or sea, as well as shared terrace. For those looking for more privacy and relaxation, or would just like to work a little bit - there is separate area with gallery and working place.

• Advance amount for confirmation: 50% (non-refundable)
• Balance due date: 90 days before arrival
