Luxury Villa Infinity is arranged on three floors and built on sloping ground. It consists out of five bedrooms all en-suite and one additional bathroom for guests. and it is perfect accommodation for up to 10 persons. The villa is all about location, the closeness to the sea and the view. In addition, there is every comfort and plenty of style indoors, and a nice garden for outdoor entertaining and relaxation.
From the rear of the villa the main entrance is at ground level but from the front it is on the second floor. In front of the main entrance, in case you would like to stay more active, you will find a table tennis and darts, as well as bicycles which can be very handy and practical if you like to explore island a little bit more. When entering the villa, you enter the main living area which has a stunning view over the glittering bay. There you will find yourself inside a spacious area divided in several parts; fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with cozy and comfortable modern sofas, stylish artwork and satellite TV and DVD, while large glass sliding doors connect it to the outdoor, heated swimming pool with several sun loungers, which maximizes the enjoyment of the stunning view of the entire bay and the fishing village.
The bedrooms are situated on the first and ground floors. The internal staircase leads down to the first floor where are two comfortable double bedrooms with bathrooms and sea view. There is also a separate TV/Cinema room, completely soundproofed and ideal for leisure. Another double bedroom with private shower room and balcony with sea view, additionally enriched with wooden sitting furniture, is on the lower level.
The ground floor comprises two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each opening out onto the villa's courtyard. Nearby is a summer kitchen, ideal for al fresco dining. The villa has a terraced garden, which is partly paved with white local stone, and the bottom of the garden is covered in lawn with a gate that opens out directly onto a private flat rock beach. On the terrace, there is a covered area with an outdoor table and chairs. The villa has a private garage for two cars. In all, it is a unique villa.
Island Brac is situated between islands Solta and Hvar and it is biggest middle Dalmatian island with 395 km² of space. The island was probably named after a deer – brenthos in Illyrian, a cult animal of Illyrian tribes who inhabited the island. Greeks called it Elaphusa and Bretanide which derives from the world elaphos – deer. Findings in the Kopacina cave are the evidence of the presence of deer on Brac in the prehistoric period. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac. Island Brac belongs to the sunniest Adriatic area with over 2,700 hours of sunshine a year ( in summer 9-12 hours, in winter over 4 hours a day). The average summer temperature is 23.8 C and in winter 8,6 C. Island Brac is characterized by all the typical Mediterranean characteristics: long, hot and dry summers and short mild winters. Area of 394 km², a length of 40km and width of 13 km Brac is the most widespread island of Dalmatia, and the third largest among 1185 islands, islets and reefs in the Croatian Adriatic sea. A small village of Bobovisca is located not far from Bobovisca na moru. Stone houses and paved streets witness the symmetry and simplicity of the plebeian architecture. Bobovisca na moru is located on the west coast of the island of Brac in a beautiful cove that branches into two ports; Bobovisca na moru and Vicja luka. Bobovisca harbour has always been attractive to navigation experts and Vicja luka is interesting for its Illyrian and Greek civilisation sites. The stone waterfront in Bobovisca harbour is harmoniously followed by stone houses. The most beautiful is the Gligo family house from the 18th century now used as a summer mansion. Its imposing beauty dominates the place. The village is ideal for exploring its rich cultural heritage, its Roman and Byzantine archaeological sites and above all, enjoying its genuine hospitality.
