Villa Pedra is an extremely attractive and beautiful Dalmatian house, which with its elegantly designed and carefully decorated interior and attractive exterior is gracing the shore of Selca.

Recently renovated Villa Pedra is one of the finest properties in the region, benefiting from direct access to the Adriatic sea. It is an oasis which provides you with the experience in authentic atmosphere of this Mediterranean paradise with scents of the surrounding herbs and pine, olive, lemon and lime trees perfuming the private garden. The villa stretches over three floors; it is a spacious and very comfortable inside, quite a stunning villa of 490m² living space, 650m² garden and terraces.

Villa Pedra is completely air conditioned and has underfloor heating for winter rentals, has internet connection, LCD SAT TV and DVD player. Villa has equipped kitchen with stove with one hot plate, oven, hood, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, blender, coffee machine, juice maker. Villa Pedra to its guests also offers hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer, sauna and gym.

Villa has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and is appropriate for accommodation of 14 persons. This seven bedrooms villa offer individually controlled air-conditioning and under floor heating for winter rentals. The living and dining areas overlook the private swimming pool and sun terrace, also benefiting from those glorious views.

Location

Island Brac is situated between islands Solta and Hvar and it is biggest middle Dalmatian island with 395 km² of space. The island was probably named after a deer – brenthos in Illyrian, a cult animal of Illyrian tribes who inhabited the island. Greeks called it Elaphusa and Bretanide which derives from the world elaphos – deer. Findings in the Kopacina cave are the evidence of the presence of deer on Brac in the prehistoric period. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac. Island Brac belongs to the sunniest Adriatic area with over 2,700 hours of sunshine a year ( in summer 9-12 hours, in winter over 4 hours a day). The average summer temperature is 23.8 C and in winter 8,6 C. Island Brac is characterized by all the typical Mediterranean characteristics: long, hot and dry summers and short mild winters. Area of 394 km², a length of 40km and width of 13 km Brac is the most widespread island of Dalmatia, and the third largest among 1185 islands, islets and reefs in the Croatian Adriatic sea.

Price & obligations

DAILY PRICES FOR 2025:

• Refundable security deposit for damage - 1000 Eur 
• Damage deposit will need to be deposited in our bank account 45 days before the holiday start date
• Damage deposit will be returned in maximum two weeks following your holiday less any breakages
  
• Minimum stay: 7 nights in July and August
• Less nights booking possible out of mentioned period
• Arrival days: Saturday, other days on request
• Check in – 16.00 Check out – 10.00 am

PAYMENT POLICIES:

• Advance amount for confirmation: 40%
• Balance due date: 60 days before arrival
• Where the Booking is made less than 60 days before arrival: Rental fee shall be payable in full
