Luxury Villa Novela is situated in Okrug Gornji, only 90m from beautiful sea and next to the promenade where there are beaches, restaurants, cafes and a water park for children. This elegant and modern villa was built in 2016 and it is combination of elegance and luxury amenities you would expect from a 5-star villa. Within the elegant exterior of this villa, you will find a very beautiful and functional interior that is just perfect for enjoying a vacation with family or friends.
The 363m² of the villa provides comfort, spaciousness and style in every room: 7 en-suite double bedrooms, 1 extra bathroom, fully equipped kitchen – dining room and living room. The property spreads on 650 m² and it is great accommodation for 14 persons. Villa Novela is divided on the 4 levels - basement, ground floor, first and second floor.
The basement of villa Novela is designed as a recreation area with gym, sauna and an indoor Jacuzzi. The ground floor consists of an elegant and spacious living room with large dining table for dinig and a fully equipped kitchen. The first and second floor are designed as a sleeping area with 7 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Spacious terraces and balconies with outdoor tables and chairs, sun loungers and a breathtaking sea view complete the feeling of being in a small paradise.
The complete outdoor area of this villa is just as impressive as its stylish interior. There is 35m² big outdoor swimming pool, loungers, garden furniture and an outdoor fireplace which give a distinctive and Mediterranean charm to the entire estate.

Location Trogir
Next to the historical UNESCO protected city of Trogir in central Dalmatia lies a small, but beautiful island of Ciovo, rich with untouched nature and hidden beaches. Ciovo is also connected to the mainland with a bridge and perfectly situated in the vicinity of Trogir (2 km), Split (25 km) and Split airport (5 km).
Trogir is a medieval city, surrounded by walls, which consists of preserved castle, tower and series of houses and palaces from the Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque periods. Trogir is connected to all major European cities by its well-organized infrastructure of air, road, and maritime companies. Airport Split is only 5 km away, which makes Trogir an ideal holiday destination. The nearby city of Split, the second largest city in Croatia and the capital of Dalmatia is just 30 minutes of driving away and offers many musical and cultural manifestations, as well as its most prominent sight – the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian, around which the city was built.
Island Ciovo consists of small traditional Dalmatian villages, one of which is Okrug Gornji, which has everything needed for a nice and relaxing family vacation, such as beautiful pebble beaches with shallow areas, various restaurants and taverns with great offer of Dalmatian specialties and domestic vine, beach bars, grocery shops, ATM machines and a post office. Those who are keen on more active vacation can go on organized diving trips, rent a boat or jet ski, enjoy a half day boat excursion to the nearby islands of Solta and Drvenik or visit the National park Krka Waterfalls, one of the natural wonders of Dalmatia. Okrug Gornji also has a taxi boat which goes to Trogir every 20 minutes. On the south side of the island Ciovo there is a known sanctuary Gospa od Prizidnice, which offers a breathtaking view of the islands Solta and Brac.

- The damage deposit needs to be paid with a balance payment
- The damage deposit covers any potential damages or breakages that may occur during the rental period. Upon check-out, the property's condition will be thoroughly inspected by the owner's representative, and the security deposit will be returned to the lessee in full, provided there are no damages or breakages. If the villa sustains any damage or breakages during the rental period, both inside and outside, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.

Payment Policy
- 30% deposit payment is non refundable if the guest makes the cancellation after making the payment or anytime until arrival date
- Balance payment is non refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival
- Where the booking is made less than 60 days before arrival rental fee shall be payable in full
- Depending on accommodation unit owner, balance payment can be partially or fully refundable in some cases. This will be stated in your contract
