Villa Amavela is a 10-bedroom villa in Podstrana near Split, with space for up to 20 guests, a private heated pool and a beach approximately 350 metres away. It is a good choice for a big family holiday or a stay with friends, especially when you want everyone under one roof.

Spend time together, without feeling crowded

Getting several families together takes some planning. Once you arrive here, things become easier. Some guests can head to the beach while others stay by the pool, and anyone who wants a quiet afternoon can retreat to their room or terrace. The living room opens towards the pool area, keeping the main shared spaces connected. Outside, shaded seating offers a comfortable spot for coffee, a book or a conversation that carries on longer than expected.

Beach mornings and afternoons by the pool

With the beach close by, a swim in the sea can become part of your daily routine. Back at the villa, the heated pool is there whenever you feel like another dip. With approximately 500 m² of outdoor space, there is room to spend much of the day outside, whether you prefer a sun lounger by the pool or a seat in the shade. The summer kitchen and barbecue are handy for home lunches and relaxed evenings outdoors. You can pick up something local to cook, or ask us to arrange a private chef for an evening when everyone would rather leave the cooking to someone else.

For stays of 7 nights or more, enjoy a dinner prepared at the villa by a private chef, included in your stay. One-way transfers between Split Airport and the villa are also included.

A practical layout for families and friends

The bedrooms are spread across three main floors, with seven bedrooms offering en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, while the upper floors include terraces with sea views.

Children have a playroom and an outdoor playground, and there is a games room for time out of the sun. A separate meditation room provides a quiet place to stretch or take a break.
