We’ve equipped the property with everything for an amazing stay, including a private heated pool with massage jets, a gym, and a massive 60m² sea-view balcony that’s perfect for long summer evenings. We don’t just provide the keys; our concierge team is here to organize your private chef, yacht charters, or airport transfers, making your stay on the Split Riviera entirely stress-free.

Inside Villa Aria, we focused on open spaces and natural light. With 250 m² of modern living space, there is more than enough room for everyone to find their own corner. Each of the four bedrooms has its own large en-suite bathroom, so there’s no morning rush or lack of privacy. The kitchen and living room open up directly to that huge terrace we mentioned - it runs along the entire front of the villa, and it’s honestly the best spot for a morning coffee or a quiet dinner while the sun goes down over the islands.

We wanted the family vacation villa's outdoor area to feel like a private resort. The 400m² garden is tucked away and surrounds a heated pool that’s a bit different from the usual - it has a counter-current system if you want to swim laps, plus built-in jets for a back and leg massage. If you like to stay active, there’s a proper gym on-site, and the Wi-Fi is fast and stable throughout the house. Our team can also bring the spa to you with in-villa massage treatments, or we can have your fridge stocked with local groceries before you even land.

Location-wise, you’re in a great spot. You are only 5 minutes from the local beach, but you’re also right between the historic streets of Split and Trogir. It’s quiet enough to actually get some rest, yet close enough to everything you’d want to see. If you want to get out on the sea, we can arrange a private boat to pick you up nearby for a day of island hopping.
