The pool sits in the garden below the villa and is surrounded by a wooden sun deck with loungers. Covered terraces provide shade during the warmer part of the day, while the sea remains visible beyond the garden.

A separate summer kitchen with a fireplace, barbecue and sheltered dining area creates a lovely setting for long lunches and relaxed dinners. Guests who prefer to leave the cooking to someone else can arrange a private chef experience at the villa.

Comfortable living for eight guests

The traditional stone exterior gives the villa an authentic Brač character, while the interiors are warm, comfortable and designed for an easy holiday by the sea.

The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room, all connected to the terraces and garden. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe, is also on this level.

Three further bedrooms and a small library are found upstairs. The upper terraces overlook the pool, garden and sea, while the bedrooms are double.

With four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and 300 m² of living space, the villa is a great option for families, two couples traveling together, or a small group of friends.

Only 70 meters from the beach

A pathway leads from the estate towards a pebble beach approximately 70 meters from the villa. Guests can easily move between the sea, garden and private pool without needing to drive.

The beach itself is public, as are all beaches in Croatia, but the villa’s own access path makes reaching the coast particularly convenient.
