  • To ensure the property remains in peak condition for all our guests, a cash security deposit is required upon arrival. This deposit serves as a guarantee against any accidental damage or breakages that might occur, whether inside the villa or within the grounds, during your stay.
  • Following your departure, a representative of the owner will conduct a standard walkthrough of the premises. If everything is in order and no damages are found, your deposit will be refunded in full within 48 hours. In the event of any necessary repairs or replacements, the costs will be deducted from the deposit. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the high standards of our luxury villas.

Payment Policy

  • 30% deposit payment is non refundable if the guest makes the cancellation after making the payment or anytime until arrival date
  • Balance payment is non refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival
  • Where the booking is made less than 60 days before arrival rental fee shall be payable in full
  • Depending on accommodation unit owner, balance payment can be partially or fully refundable in some cases. This will be stated in your contract
