Close to the paradise - that is the best description of the villa. This exquisitely designed villa is arranged over three floors and since villa is situated on a hillside, from each room and terrace there are great views of Adriatic Sea, its surrounding islands and lavish Dalmatian countryside.
On the second floor there is spacious terrace with a unique view of the sunset, equipped with deck chairs and swing chair, just to enjoy the view ... Entrance hall is connected with outdoor stairs to first floor where is magnificent fully equipped kitchen and nice and modern living area where you can enter to balcony with seating area which make the perfect spot for al fresco dining while enjoying one of the finest sunsets on the planet. On this floor there is also bedroom with double bed and terrace and bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is confortable bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. From bedroom you are approaching terrace with outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds around the pool for those who like to soak up the sun’s rays during the day.

Location Dubrovnik
Dubrovnik riviera is picturesque area lying along the coast, with the gentle and rocky coast abounding in natural bays, with a mixture of pine and olive groves, vineyards and the Mediterraneans bush-covered rock. Dubrovnik region includes basically all areas that were once a part of the Dubrovnik Republic - the lush Elaphite Islands, Peljesac Peninsula, Konavle and Zupa to the east with the lovely town of Cavtat, Trsteno with the famous Arboretum and many seaside places to the west, Peljesac peninsula and the town of Ston, Mljet island with the beautiful National Park area, and the Korcula island with the medieval town of Korcula. Visiting Dubrovnik is not a complete pleasure without seeing at least a part of its surroundings: the good land and sea connections offer the possibility of organizing either shorter or longer excursions. Orasac is a picturesque town with a nice beach, spring water and ancient olive groves. It is well known for its excursion destination restaurants, in particular the 'Soderini' castle, once owned by one of the great men of Florence who had to flee his hometown from the Medici family and he found shelter and peace here (16th century). Today, the castle has been repurposed into a hospitality facility.

- The damage deposit needs to be paid with a balance payment
- The damage deposit covers any potential damages or breakages that may occur during the rental period. Upon check-out, the property's condition will be thoroughly inspected by the owner's representative, and the security deposit will be returned to the lessee in full, provided there are no damages or breakages. If the villa sustains any damage or breakages during the rental period, both inside and outside, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.

Payment Policy
- 30% deposit payment is non refundable if the guest makes the cancellation after making the payment or anytime until arrival date
- Balance payment is non refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival
- Where the booking is made less than 60 days before arrival rental fee shall be payable in full
- Depending on accommodation unit owner, balance payment can be partially or fully refundable in some cases. This will be stated in your contract
Reviews
We stayed in this villa for a week in June/July. We were welcomed by a very nice lady who lives next to the villa. The villa is brand new, and the furnishing is tasty and modern. It is well equipped and the standards are high. The dining area is outside on a terrace, and is a bit narrow, but it is possible to fit four people around the table if you plan it well. :) The lower bedroom is connected by outdoor stairs only. This was a surprise, but on the good side, it provides more privacy this way, and worked fine for our family with two adults and two teenaged girls. It would probably also work well for two couples to share. The views are breathtaking and the villa is ideally placed for the sun to shine on the pool terrace all day. Although the pool is small, it is a "must have" on hot and sunny days, and the counter current function makes the pool ideal for swimming as well. You will need a car in this villa. Be aware that the roads in the area are steep and narrow. It is no more than a 20 minutes drive to Dubrovnik. We went there a couple of times, and also visited nearby beaches and Trsteno arboretum. The two local shops are small, so be prepared to go further for a larger supermarket. You will find a local bakery nearby and we could also recommend eating at The Butcher found in the Hotel Radisson's Marketplace. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a perfect holiday in Croatia.
