Croatia luxury Villa Jelsa Palace is designed as a combination of a typical Dalmatian stone housing and modern, luxury furniture and amenities. It consists of ground and first floor. Villa Jelsa is a spacious edifice suitable to accommodate 8+2+2 persons on extra beds. It is a palace which stretches over 600m² of interior space and 200 m² garden and terrace.
The ground floor has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. The living room area is divided into two sequences; a part with TV and a fireplace part. This area has the latest Hi Tec equipment. Within the ground area are spa quarters with around, 24m², heated swimming pool and sauna. During the summer months swimming in the indoor pool is very refreshing, and winter is nice and warm, because the pool is heated. In the garden area is another swimming pool, thought out as a 15m long swimming track. This swimming pool is not heated.
On the first floor are bedrooms. Each bedroom has double bed and with belonging bathroom. All the rooms are air-conditioned and pleasantly decorated. In each room has been left a touch of the forgotten times, it can be seen through the old brick ceiling, through the stonewall in the bathroom, or a medieval iron towel hanger.
An outdoor terrace is also equipped with a large table and chairs, gas barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs, outdoor shower. The ground floor has been set an excellent sound system, which is great if you want to have a private party. The palace is surrounded by high stone walls, complete privacy is guaranteed.

Location Island Hvar
Hvar, the island in Adriatic Sea, is the longest and the sunniest Croatian island and one of the most beautiful islands in the world. It is a part of the central Dalmatian archipelago with the area of 299,6m². The island Hvar is famous for its pleasant Mediterranean climate. Maximum temperatures are never too high to render agriculture impossible. Friendly people, well-indented coast, numerous picturesque and intact beaches and bays, virgin nature, very rich historical and cultural inheritance, the scents of lavender, olive trees and wine are the reasons that island Hvar welcomes more and more tourists each year.
Long, lean Hvar is vaguely shaped like the profile of a holidaymaker reclining on a sun lounger, which is altogether appropriate for the sunniest spot in the country and its most luxurious beach destination. Hvar's interior hides abandoned ancient hamlets, craggy peaks, vineyards and the lavender fields that the island is famous for. It’s worth exploring on a day trip, as is the southern end of the island, which has some of Hvar’s most beautiful and isolated coves.
Jelsa is tourist center on the north shore of the island. The smells of the dense pine forests, the nearby sand beaches, numerous vineyards and olive tree plantations as well as the cultural landmarks have made Jelsa an attractive vacation destination. Numerous vilae rusticae around Jelsa, the church of St. Mary, the church of our Lady of health, Civitas Vetus Ielsae (old Jelsa city), the square of St. John and The Plaza are just some of the places to visit as you take a walk through the history of this town. While numerous surrounding coves with their attractive sand and pebble beaches, abundance of sun and clear water are here for your daytime relaxation. In the colorful atmosphere of Jelsa’s restaurants and taverns you will surely enjoy the fruits of the Mediterranean region, carefully prepared traditional meals made of fresh fish with olive oil and above all quality Hvar wine. Rather fresh Jelsa’s evenings are ideal for walks on the beach, while those who are looking for entertainment and dancing will enjoy the music of numerous Jelsa cafes and bars.

- The damage deposit needs to be paid with a balance payment or in cash to villa manager on day of arrival
- The damage deposit covers any potential damages or breakages that may occur during the rental period. Upon check-out, the property's condition will be thoroughly inspected by the owner's representative, and the security deposit will be returned to the lessee in full, provided there are no damages or breakages. If the villa sustains any damage or breakages during the rental period, both inside and outside, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.
- The damage deposit will be returned in 48 hours following your holiday less any breakages
Payment Policy
- 30% deposit payment is non refundable if the guest makes the cancellation after making the payment or anytime until arrival date
- Balance payment is non refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival
- Where the booking is made less than 60 days before arrival rental fee shall be payable in full
- Depending on accommodation unit owner, balance payment can be partially or fully refundable in some cases. This will be stated in your contract
