  • The damage deposit must be paid in cash to the villa manager upon check-in.
  • The damage deposit covers any damage or breakage that may occur during the rental period. Upon check-out, the property's condition will be thoroughly inspected by the owner's representative, and the security deposit will be returned to the lessee in full, provided there are no damages or breakages. If the villa sustains any damage or breakages during the rental period, both inside and outside, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • The damage deposit will be returned after the villa inspection is completed.

Payment Policy

  • 30% deposit payment is non refundable if the guest makes the cancellation after making the payment or anytime until arrival date
  • Balance payment is non refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival
  • Where the booking is made less than 60 days before arrival rental fee shall be payable in full
  • Depending on accommodation unit owner, balance payment can be partially or fully refundable in some cases. This will be stated in your contract
