The villa sits in the Dalmatian hinterland, approximately 6 km from Imotski and around 30 minutes by car from the beaches of the Makarska Riviera. This gives guests the freedom to split their holiday between quiet days by the pool, visits to the Blue and Red Lakes, active experiences in the countryside, and day trips to the Adriatic coast.

Floor-to-ceiling windows connect the contemporary interior with the garden, pool terrace and surrounding greenery. Inside, generous communal spaces make gathering easy, while five private bedroom suites give couples and family members their own space at the end of the day.

For groups of up to 20 guests, Villa Imota Ruby may also be reserved with the neighboring Villa Imota Sapphire and presented together as Imota Twin Wellness Estate, subject to availability.

The bedrooms are on the first floor of this pet-friendly villa, and each bedroom offers a double bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, and TV, and all are air-conditioned. Additional beds may be possible on request and for an additional charge, but the villa’s standard and most comfortable capacity is 10 guests.

The ground floor centres around a spacious open-plan living area. Comfortable seating, a television and an indoor fireplace create a welcoming place to relax after a day beside the pool or exploring the region. The modern kitchen is designed for group stays and includes generous preparation space and a central island. It connects naturally with the dining area and terrace, allowing the person preparing a meal to remain part of the conversation. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment, are also available, which is particularly useful for longer holidays and families traveling with children.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and includes underfloor heating, making it suitable for stays beyond the main summer season.
