Villa Imota Sapphire is a luxury wellness villa near Imotski for up to 10 guests, located in the peaceful village of Zmijavci in the Dalmatian hinterland. With approximately 400 m² of interior space, five king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a heated swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and family entertainment facilities, the villa provides privacy and generous indoor and outdoor space for families, five couples, and groups of friends.

The villa is located about 6–7 km from Imotski and its famous Blue and Red Lakes, while the beaches and coastal towns of the Makarska Riviera are about 30–40 km away. This location allows guests to combine private pool days, wellness and countryside experiences with swimming, restaurants and day trips along the Adriatic coast.

All five en-suite bedrooms are on the main floor, along with the open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen, and indoor dining area. The lower level is dedicated to relaxation and entertainment, with a private sauna, fitness area, children’s playroom, billiards and additional leisure facilities.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private heated pool, furnished sun terrace, outdoor jacuzzi, landscaped and fully fenced garden, children’s playground and covered summer kitchen with barbecue and dining area. Open views across the surrounding hills and countryside create a peaceful setting for long summer days and relaxed evenings at the villa.

For groups of up to 20 guests, Villa Imota Sapphire may also be reserved together with the neighboring Villa Imota Ruby and presented as the Imota Twin Wellness Estate, subject to availability.

Villa Imota Sapphire offers a different perspective on Dalmatia. Instead of busy coastal promenades, guests are surrounded by vineyards, fields, traditional villages and dramatic limestone landscapes. Imotski is about 6–7 kilometers from the villa. The town is known for its historic stone streets, Topana Fortress and two remarkable natural attractions: the Blue Lake and Red Lake. The Blue Lake is located beneath the town's medieval fortress and changes dramatically with the seasons. During periods of lower water, residents traditionally use its basin as an informal football field.

The nearby Red Lake is one of Europe's deepest karst depressions, surrounded by almost vertical reddish cliffs. You can visit both lakes on the same half-day excursion. Activities in and around Imotski can include visits to the Blue and Red Lakes, walking through the historic center of Imotski, wine and local food tastings, kayaking on the Vrljika River, hiking and cycling, quad and off-road tours, horse riding, traditional tavern lunches, and day trips to Mostar and Međugorje and excursions to the Makarska Riviera.

The beaches of the Makarska Riviera are about 30–40 kilometers from the villa, depending on the destination and route. Guests can spend the day swimming in Baška Voda, Brela, Makarska or one of the quieter coastal villages before returning to the privacy of the villa in the evening.

The Sveti Ilija tunnel provides convenient access between inland Dalmatia and the coast. This makes it possible to combine peaceful villa days with beach visits, waterfront dinners and private boat excursions.

  • 30% deposit payment is non refundable if the guest makes the cancellation after making the payment or anytime until arrival date
  • Balance payment is non refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival
  • Where the booking is made less than 60 days before arrival rental fee shall be payable in full
  • Depending on accommodation unit owner, balance payment can be partially or fully refundable in some cases. This will be stated in your contract
