On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living area connect directly to the garden, heated pool, and jacuzzi. Its sauna, gym, children’s playroom, billiards and outdoor playground make Ruby particularly appealing to active families.

Villa Imota Sapphire has five king-size en-suite bedrooms on the main floor, along with the kitchen, dining room, and main living space. The lower level is dedicated to wellness and entertainment, while the pool terrace opens towards the surrounding countryside. This layout may be more convenient for older guests or anyone who prefers sleeping accommodation on the same level as the main communal areas.

The two villas follow the same standard but are not identical. That difference gives the group useful flexibility when arranging rooms and deciding where to gather during the day.

The estate offers 10 double or king-size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
